You can always just call your local Costco and say you want to order a pizza and they can just transfer you to the food court phone, but you can also find that food court number by following my steps below.
How to Order a Costco Pizza Step-by-Step:
1. Begin by opening Costco’s website (https://www.costco.com/)
2. Click on the word “Locations” from the big blue bar across the page.
3. Locate the closest location to you using their branch locator and your zip code.
4. Press the “+” button on the store listing to see more information. This shows the store address, hours, phone number, and more.
5. Locate the food court heading under “Warehouse Services”, and then find the food court phone number to call to order the pizza.
6. Dial the number and ask to place an order for a whole pizza for pickup.
7. The employee on the other end will take your name, and order. They may ask for Coscto membership information too (therefore having your membership card in front of you is helpful). They will then tell you the total and the expected time the pizza will be ready for pickup.
8. Depending on the location, you may be asked to pay over the phone or at pickup.
10. Go to pick up the pizza at the agreed-upon time. Bring your membership card and payment method with you to verify your identity.
11. Enter the food court, and explain you are picking up a phone order in the same place you would normally order a pizza. Ask an employee if you do not know where to pickup a food court order.
12. You will either receive your pizza from here, or they will direct you to the cashier to pay first. If you paid over the phone you may need to present the membership and/or payment card to verify the order you are picking up. This varies between locations.
